ACTO – Activities
ACTO, through its members, would bring in International best practices for Enterprise Services to Indian telecom market. It aims to herald a new era of sophistication in serving the Enterprise customers and urging the policy maker and regulators to formulate policies which will enhance Indian’s reputation as a global destination for investment.
One of ACTO’s early initiatives has been to draw the Government’s and the Regulator’s attention to the special needs of the global enterprise customers, both Indian and global multi-sited companies. ACTO also plans to work with policy makers and regulators to fully integrate the impact of changing technology and new services on Indian’s licensing and regulatory regime. To begin with ACTO members have already made a high level presentation about its objectives and major issues to DOT which was well received at highest level.
