In last 20 years, Amit has been engaged in managing public policy, regulatory operations, compliances, strategy, and corporate affairs in the telecommunications sector in India.
He has joined AT&T as Director – External & Regulatory Affairs, India w.e.f. 3rd May 2021.
He will coordinate government affairs matters for AT&T and WarnerMedia, as well as lead license compliance for AT&T Communications’ operation in India.
Prior to this he was Vice President – Regulations and Compliance at Bharti Airtel. Prior to spending more than 11 years in Bharti Airtel, he was with the Department of Telecommunications for more than 8 years of the Government of India.
Academically, he has obtained a Master’s Degree in Technology (Telecom Networks) from IIT Kanpur and further pursued a Post-graduate Programme in Public Management and Policy from IIM Ahmedabad.

Muddasar is BIT, MBA with 19+ years of experience in Regulatory & Govt Affairs in telecom sector. He has worked in renowned names viz. SSTL (erstwhile MTS India), Loop Mobile, Bharti Airtel and Reliance Communication.
His last assignment was with Sistema Smart Technologies Limited (erstwhile MTS India) for 6 years to manage Regulatory and Govt Affairs as Deputy Director.
Mr. Muddasar is now serving in Lightstorm as Head of Regulatory and Govt Affairs since January 2020.
Currently, he is Head of regulatory Affairs in BT India.
During his career journey, Saurabh has worked with Indian Telcos like Bharti Airtel, Reliance Communications and Industry association like Cellular Operators Association of India (COAI) .
He holds extensive experience in structuring policies, driving technology and working with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement policy and regulatory plans on key areas across a variety of issues within the business.
He has a bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering from Kurukshetra University and a PG MBA degree in Telecom management.
he is presently working as Sr. Director, Regulatory in RingCentral.

During his earlier experience in the telecom industry, Mr. Ramnath has also worked as the Head of Finance in MCI Worldcom India Pvt Ltd ( now Verizon ).
Mr. Ramnath is now serving in Telstra as Sr. Advisor in India.

Amit is a senior regulatory professional with over 10 years of experience in Telstra, where he lead for India Regulatory responsible for managing regulatory compliance, policy interpretation, and audit work.
With more than a decade of experience in the telecommunications sector, he has developed strong expertise in regulatory compliance, licensing frameworks, and engagement with government and regulatory authorities. In his current role, Amit plays a key role in ensuring adherence to license conditions, overseeing regulatory reporting, and driving audit readiness across multiple business functions.
He brings deep domain knowledge in telecom regulatory matters and continues to contribute toward strengthening compliance practices and fostering effective stakeholder engagement within the industry.
Academically, Amit holds a Master’s degree in Commerce and is also an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

Ms. Mahajan is the Head of Asia Pacific Public Policy & Regulatory Counsel responsible for strategic-level Policy advice regarding Verizon’s business operations in the Asia Pacific region. In her Policy role, Priya works with internal stakeholders to develop companywide policy positions for a coordinated advocacy strategy aligned with Verizon’s Global Policy approach. She works with Regulators, Policy makers and trade associations on a range of Technology Policy issues to deliver sustainable business outcomes.
Priya holds extensive Technology Policy experience as well as advising on Telecom Licensing, Converged networks, digital services delivery model, IT Outsourcing, Data Privacy & Cyber Security matters.
Priya is the President of the Asia Pacific Carriers Coalition, an honorary position to represent the advocacy interest of global carriers in the Asia region. She is the co-Chair of the AMCHAM Singapore Cyber Security Subcommittee and a periodic speaker on ICT issues. A qualified Attorney & Company Secretary, Priya holds multiple professional certifications including an Accelerated Management Certification by the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad and Certified Information Privacy professional Asia (CIPP-A) IAPP.
